Description:
(1) 'Brand Safe' advertising includes ads for 'premium' or 'recognizable' brands. The advertiser is clearly conveyed in the banner creative, and the product is generally something of intrinsic value to the consumer.
(2) Creative is not brand quality if the advertiser is ambiguous or the product is deceptive in nature.
(3) Careers, Education, Local and Hyper-Local advertisers are considered to be 'Brand Safe'.
(4) Applications distributed through the Apple Store, Android Marketplace, and Amazon Marketplace are generally considered to be 'Brand Safe', so long as the application genre averts Action/Violence, Casino/Gambling, Sci-Fi (aliens, zombies, mutants, humanoides, etc).
Brand Safe Games:
'Mobile Games' are considered to be 'Brand Safe', only if their genre and distribution channels are also brand safe. See the 'Games Content' tab for examples of 'Brand Safe' games.
Description - Mobile games are downloaded to consumers' devices and are commonly delivered through some kind of distribution channel. The game content itself may fall into any of the following genres: Action/Violence, Adventure, Arcade, Board, Card, Casino/Gambling, Dice, Educational, Family, Kids, Music, Puzzle, Racing, Role Playing, Sci-Fi, Simulation, Sports, Strategy, Trivia, and Word. Given the diversity of game genres, Nexage further classifies games into 'Brand Safe' and 'Non-Brand Safe' categories.
Brand Safe Games - Games that are distributed through the Apple Store, Android Marketplace, or Amazon Marketplace are generally considered to be 'Brand Safe', so long as the game itself averts the following genres: Action/Violence, Casino/Gambling, Sci-Fi (aliens, zombies, mutants, humanoides, etc).
Non-Brand Safe Games - Games that are NOT distributed through the Apple Store, Android Marketplace, or Amazon Marketplace are considered to be 'Non-Brand Safe'. The following game genres are also considered to be 'NonBrand Safe', regardless of the games' distribution channel: Action/Violence, Casino/Gambling, and Sci-Fi (aliens, zombies, mutants, humanoids, etc).

Advertiser’s destination URL must be viewable in mobile web browsers.
Advertiser’s destination URL must link to a working mobile website written in a supported markup language (xhtml, wml, chtml, or html for PDAs).
Advertiser may not link to an email address or a file (for example, an image, audio, video, or document file that requires an additional program or application to open or run).
The landing page for Advertisement cannot be under construction.
Advertiser’s destination URL must link to an actual mobile web page with content relevant to the applicable Advertisement.
Advertiser’s destination URL must work properly.
"Click-to-call" numbers must connect customers to advertiser’s business.
Phone numbers must be functional.
Phone numbers may not connect customers to a fax number.
Phone numbers must be local or domestic to the country advertiser’s Advertisements are targeting.
Telephone numbers must use the correct format for the target country.
Toll or fee-based telephone numbers that require additional payment by the caller are not allowed.

Ads and associated websites advocating against a protected group. A protected group is distinguished by one of the following: race or ethnic origin, color, national origin, religion, disability, sex, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or gender identity
Attempts to revise history against the interests of a protected group
The promotion of self-harm and violence against people or animals

Sexually suggestive text, images or situations
Nudity (full, partial or implied)
Prostitution (direct solicitation or implied)

Online gambling, sports betting, bingo, lotteries, and online casino games
Gambling-related promotional products such as gambling-related vouchers, bonus codes, etc.
Gambling-related tutoring and educational materials such as books and e-books
Gambling-related software such as gambling software and poker odds calculators
Gambling-related information such as tips, odds, handicapping, and sports picks
Online scratch games run by state, national, or Indian reservations
Miscellaneous
Sale of Animal and Wildlife Products
Payday or cash offers
Content related to racial intolerance or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
Hacking/cracking
Distribution of pre-written term papers or student essays
Any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
Policy
Fingereach may cancel, disallow or block an Advertiser at any time for any reason even if the Advertiser or Partner received prior approval for the Advertiser, campaign or creative.
Fingereach requires ads be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date at the time they're first shown to users.
Campaigns and creative may be cancelled under the any of the following design conditions:

General Guidelines
- Only family-friendly creatives are allowed.
- Creatives are not allowed to auto-load any video, web page or app stores.
- No user prompts should be observed with creatives or landing pages.
- No auto downloading of files should be observed with creatives or landing pages.
- No iFrames are allowed.
- Creatives must be related to content of landing page.

- Fingereach may notify the advertiser, but is not under any obligation do so
- Fingereach may offer an advertiser an opportunity to correct the issue, but is under no obligation to do so
- Advertiser is responsible for all media fees incurred
- Fingereach may change this policy at any time
Fingereach requires ads be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date at the time they're first shown to users.
- All advertising claims must be factually supportable
- All discounts and offers in your ad must be up-to-date and must match the content on your website
- All advertised products, prices, offers, and discounts must be available on your site, at most two clicks away from your landing page, or through a basic search on your site
- Users must be able to perform the ad's call to action – if any – on the site, within 2 clicks of the landing page
- Any pricing information in ads must comply with local regulations concerning inclusion of tax and other applicable charges
- Pop-up windows are prohibited
- Displaying a confirmation dialog to leave a page or advertiser site is prohibited
- Redirecting to another site/domain regardless of the affiliation to the advertisers site without clear indication is prohibited
- Any other practices, that may degrade or otherwise impact negatively the consumer experience are prohibited
Campaigns and creative may be cancelled under the any of the following design conditions:
- Creative is confused with page content
- Poor quality of images or text
- No brand and/or vague messaging
- Resembles Windows, Unix, Mac, or any device or OS dialog boxes.
- Ads can't simulate email inbox notifications
- Simulate fake interactivity
- Poor grammar or spelling
- Banner creative clashes with site or landing page
- Advertiser site is not consistent with the offer
- Copyrighted/trademarked material may not be used without the consent of the copyright or trademark holder, unless otherwise permitted
